Gain practical wisdom on strategies to support teachers and administrators with a set of tools to ensure quality content for both core curriculum and supplemental materials. Join the conversation regarding the selection of instructional materials that are engaging, aligned to standards, and meet learning goals. Participants will engage in small group discussions regarding the critical areas of consideration for content vetting and curation including planning, budget, selection review process, implementation, and effectiveness. SETDA will provide an exploration of the online toolkit, The Guide to Quality Instructional Materials (quality Presenters and participants will share examples of effective selection and implementation of content for learning. CAST will provide the accessibility lens, demonstrating resources to ensure all content is accessible for all learners.
